The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
ASGE designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits^tm. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nursing Continuing Education:
Saint Louis University School of Nursing is approved as a provider of continuing nursing education by the Missouri Nurses Association, which is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before August 15, 2011 will be subject to an administrative fee of $50; NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER AUGUST 15, 2011.
